The Sahnee Bot (from now on referred to as “the bot”) needs to collect data in order to provide its service. We assume that every user has read amd agreed to our privacy policy.

Data collected by the bot

The Bot collets the following data:

• The guild ID on which the warning was issued
• The user ID of every user that recieved or issued a warning
• The current amount of warnings a user has reccieved
• The warning reasons
• The timestamps of warnings

How we protect your data

All data is securly stored on our server provided by our server provider Hetzner Online GmbH and complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your responsibility

You and your users are responsible for data entered into the bot. You should not share any sensitive, inapropriate or information you do not wish to be public over our bot.

Modification rights

We reserve the right to change the information on this page at any time. We ask you to reguarly check this page while using the bot.

Right for data deletion

If at any time, you wish to delete or request your information, please email us at: privacy(at)sahnee.dev.
It may take up to 30 days to provide or delete the requested data.
